Heavenly Father, your Son, Jesus Christ told us: "Ask and it will be given you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be opened to you."

Grant us rain in abundance for our parched earth; replenish our dwindling water supply; grant wisdom to those who are responsible for water use and conservation; and grant hope and courage to those on the land. We make this prayer through Our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, One God, forever and ever. Amen
